When will my order ship?
Because of the variety of designs and sizing we offer, everything in our shop is made-to-order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production and packaging before your order ships.
Due to COVID-19 and its effects on our suppliers, team members, and mail carriers, some delays are expected during this holiday season. Please note we offer no refunds on orders that are late, lost, or delayed due to mail carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Please get in touch before placing your order if you are on a specific timeline and we will do our best to accommodate!
How will my order ship and how long does it take?
All retail orders ship via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise noted or arranged ahead of time. Priority Mail, Express Mail, and alternate carriers like FedEx and UPS available upon request and for additional fees.
First Class Mail typically takes 2-3 days to arrive across most of the United states, but can take 3-5 days for farther or more remote areas.
Please allow 1-4 weeks for international shipments to arrive. Gladfolk is not responsible for additional customs tariffs or charges associated with your package once it arrives in your country. We cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.
Help! My package is lost!
Lost packages are the worst! Right off the bat, we recommend checking all around your home - each door, porch, mailbox, etc. before reaching out to neighbors, apartment offices, or your mail delivery person. Almost every single time, asking those around you solves the mystery of the missing package!
If it's still not found, please wait a few days to see if it turns up. Sometimes packages get marked "delivered" at the post office before they reach their final destination.
We cannot accept responsibility or reimbursement for lost or stolen items, including orders marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier.
We cannot accept responsibility for international orders that do not arrive.
All of our orders include tracking. If the tracking drops off mid-shipment prior to confirmed delivery, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to find a solution.
Do you accept custom orders?
We sure do! We offer personalized wood products, engraving services, custom artwork, and more!
For our screen printed items - including apparel, linens, and totes - we offer custom products for bulk orders. If you need a minimum of 12 items or more, feel free to get in touch via our Custom Projects page and we can discuss your design needs!
Can you print my invitations for me?
Absolutely! We not only offer custom design work for your special event, but we pride ourselves on luxe printed paper goods as well.
Price depends on quantity; so let us know approximately how many pieces of stationery you need for your special occasion, and we'll get you a price quote for printed goods.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
Absolutely! Check out our Stockists page to see stores where we’re currently carried, and get in touch via our Wholesale or Custom Projects pages if you’d like more information about our wholesale prices and policies.
How do your clothes fit?
We’re glad you asked! Sizing can be tricky when ordering clothes online. Please refer to the size charts on each product page, and consider our recommendations below. Feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us if you need more help choosing the right fit!
All of our adult t-shirts are printed on unisex style tees, regardless of the design. This allows the greatest range of sizing for women and men. We offer sizes XXS-XXL in an effort to accommodate as many people and body types as possible.
The unisex t-shirt sizing tends to run large for women, so we recommend ordering 1 size down for a looser fit and 2 sizes down for a fitted look. For men, the unisex sizing is true to size - so just order your normal men’s size.
Our women’s racerback tank tops run a tad tight, so if you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
For babies, toddlers, & kids, our apparel generally runs true to size. If your little one is between sizes, we always recommend sizing up - so they can grow into and enjoy their Gladfolk threads as long as possible! (They grow up so fast, don’t they?!)
How do I care for my order?
All of our apparel and linens are designed to hold up just fine in the washing machine and dryer. If you want to be extra careful and avoid shrinkage, we recommend a cold or gentle wash cycle and low heat tumble or line drying.
For our wood products, we always recommend hand-washing and avoiding the dishwasher. Wood can be touched up and re-sealed at any time with a food-safe oil to maintain the quality and longevity of your product.

Gladfolk started with two people passionate about combining form and function with meaningful, modern design and high end handmade products.
Over the last 8 years, our business has grown so much, and with it, our team.
Emily is the creative director, designer, and head of communications and social media.
Brad is the director of operations, head of the woodshop, and our wholesale manager.
Ericka assists in the print room and helps get orders made, prepared, and out the door. She also lends her skills behind the camera lens as our in-house photographer.
Adriana is our administrative assistant and office ninja. She helps the shop run smoothly, from customer service to shipping.
We keep all communication, production, and printing in-house. If you have any issues or questions, rest assured that you'll be speaking directly with Emily, Brad, or our small and dedicated team here at Gladfolk.

Where are you located? Can I visit?
Gladfolk is operated out of our workshop and studio space nestled on our 15-acre homestead in Wooster, Ohio.
We do not have a storefront or regular business hours open to the public but we can try to arrange a visit if you’re in the area!
We also welcome local pick-up for orders from our Ohio friends and neighbors - just get in touch to make arrangements and we'll have your order ready for you!
Is COVID-19 affecting your business?
Yes, indeed! We are experiencing shortages from our suppliers, so many of our items have been difficult to keep in stock. We've also had to implement strict isolation/quarantine policies for anyone on our team who has tested positive or been exposed to COVID-19. Due to our employees being home due to sickness or exposure, we haven't been able to keep up production as readily as we did prior to coronavirus. We so appreciate your patience while we fulfill orders as safely and speedily as possible! Lastly, shipping carriers are experiencing unprecedented demand & delays. Some shipments are taking longer than expected to arrive, and we (again) so appreciate your patience and understanding while items travel from us to you!
